26 th Feb. First Tourism class visited the natural park of Monfragüe, located in the province of Caceres. We visited Villarreal de San Carlos, a small village within the natural area. In it we learn more about the vegetation and animals that we could find thanks to the interpretation center. We traveled by bus across the landscape and saw natural monuments such as the "Salto del Gitano, where we saw many griffon vultures, Egyptian vultures, black storks and too could see over the mountain an eagle, something very strange for this place. We stopped to eat at a picnic near a water reservoir where we saw several azure-winged magpies, and by the end of the trip back we stopped in the town where we prepare to go home.It was definitely a very interesting visit where we appreciate a lot of fun and variety of birds.
